We bring together a carefully curated selection of internationally renowned instructors and highly respected regional teachers, giving you the chance to study with a high concentration of both gifted experts, in addition to a lineup of much-loved local instructors.


Our schedule also allows you to dive into many different types of classes. Mix in relaxing meditation and yin classes with sweaty, uplifting vinyasa and ashtanga, or challenge yourself with something completely new - such as standup paddleboard or aerial yoga.
