An athlete all her life, Goldie reconnects with herself through forms of expressive, physical movement. Seeking life everywhere, she finds it in the burn of her lungs. An E-RYT, Goldie received her 200hr certification in 2008 from Yoga Tree San Francisco, and credits Les Leventhal as her first mentor. Her experience of the asana practice is multidimensional. Some days we practice purely for the body, and some days we practice for our being. The magic happens when they’re in sync, hence her affinity for vinyasa yoga. Goldie is known for her ability to combine playfulness with precision and alignment within a carefully crafted sequence. Her deliberate, hands on adjustments will leave you feeling attended to, even amidst a full class. Goldie’s class will give you the opportunity to stretch the barriers of what you thought possible. Goldie has been featured in Yoga Journal, Runner’s World, The Huffington Post and was awarded the esteem of “Best of Boston” in 2012. She leads workshops and retreats around the globe, and teacher training beginning the summer of 2014. Goldie is a lululemon ambassador, and an athletic model for New Balance, Puma, and Yogadude.
