Deva Shantay is co-owner of True Nature Healing Arts in Carbondale, Co, where she teaches yoga, leads teacher trainings and offers intuitive energy sessions. After facing a life-changing experience, Deva knew she needed something spiritually deeper in her life. She went on a search to find her life’s true path and discovered yoga. For Deva, yoga means living in integrity—following her personal intentions and awakening through all aspects of yoga: asana, meditation, pranayama, mudras, self-reflection, and more. She practices traditional hatha yoga and has over 1,000 hours of training through Integrative Yoga Therapy but has also studied Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Anusara, and Iyengar yogas, as she enjoys learning from all practices and traditions.
