Come taste the offerings of three unique voices and move to the rhythm of live music in a potent exploration of aligning in mind, body, heart, and community. This powerful gathering of East and West comes to the urban garden of NYC to give a healing taster of what it is to set our individual stories aside and meet at the heart. Asana, Pranayama, Mantra (sing baby sing), booty shakin', long slow spiritual hugs (scratch that, we're not in Northern Cali anymore). So if you can't make it to the mountains at least you can walk up a steep flight of stairs for some Wanderlust flavor.

Kula Yoga will be featuring three of Wanderlust's long-time yoga teachers. Here is some more info on them below:

Jonah's mama, founder and co-owner of Virayoga, ELENA BROWER has been teaching yoga for 14+ years. Her classes are a masterful, candid blend of artful alignment and attention cues; pure empowerment for your body, mind and heart. (www.artofattention.com

JASON NEMER (AcroYoga co-founder) has been blessed with countless teachers on his path. Jason performed at the 1996 Olympic opening ceremonies and has been studying and teaching yoga for ten years. He loves Bhakti and music. (www.AcroYoga.org

JANET STONE teaches in San Francisco, leads a 500 hour teacher training, workshops, and retreats around the world. (Check out Janet's three new DVD's at www.janetstoneyoga.com)
