It's the time of the year when the light of moon and the sun are equal â€” a time of balance.
Fall sparks quite a few detoxes and cleanses â€” anything from a three-day juice fast to a four-week cleanse, because at this time of year we're all seeking to rejuvenate and re-balance. Even if you don't have time for a full-blown cleanse, whether you're pitta, vata or kapha (don't know your dosha â€” take the quiz), it can't hurt to brew up some tea according to your prakriti.
